Training positions for young women with special support needs

Our range of training positions and job opportunities is specifically tailored to young women with special support needs. The focus is on creating supportive and encouraging work environments that enable our participants to successfully enter the primary job market after completing their training with us. As part of an IV measure to obtain initial vocational training, the trainees are supported by professional external coaching while we concentrate on professional training in our operations.

Training as a Hotel Communications Specialist EFZ

This popular training program prepares young women for a career in the hotel and hospitality industry and teaches valuable communication and organizational skills.

Training as a Hotel Housekeeping Practitioner EBA

We also offer training positions in housekeeping that teach practical skills and knowledge for a successful professional future.

Jobs for particularly vulnerable women

We support women who want to exit prostitution or former undocumented persons in entering the primary job market. Additionally, we offer work training, internships, and trial periods.

For this purpose, we collaborate with the following organizations:

Heartwings - Freedom and change for women who want to exit the red-light environment.

SPAZ - The Sans-Papiers Contact Point Zurich aims to improve the health, legal and social situation of undocumented persons.

When regular positions become available in our operations, we first inform these two organizations. They then put us in contact with suitable candidates.

Interested candidates should apply exclusively through Heartwings or SPAZ to:
